Indexing

Indexing is as simple as keeping track of unique document identifiers; also providing classification by the document data and word indexes extracted from the contents of documents.

Retrieving with Version Control

Users can retrieve previous versions to continue work from a selected point. This is useful for documents that change over time and require updating, as it might be necessary to go back to a previous copy. DocumanLink allows you to mark annotation on the documents layer by layer and keep the detailed audit trail version by version.

Administrating

Distributed Security Management
 An extensive access right management to manage security control based on the document type for certain users or groups. Security management down to departmental control is also supported by distributing to the responsible manager of the department, so that the superior access right of the administrator can be restricted for better security.

Reports
 A full audit trail on all operations performed on the files, such as opening a file, is automatically logged in the system. Various customized reports can be provided for analysis study, e.g. scanning reports -– reconciliation reports to provide a summary of the incoming and processed documents.
