FlexAccount Integration

AccLink is a financial workflow solution tightly integrated with FlexAccount that provides a unifying automation by connecting peoples with different systems:   

  • Online voucher generation – Once the approval process is completed, voucher entries can be generated and automatically updated into FlexAccount. With intuitive e-forms, data input on voucher entries can be segregated to general users to eliminate the work load for accounting department.
  • Online budget balance enquiry – Provides automated budget checking to prevent approval of requisitions, purchase orders or invoices that exceed defined budget limits. If the budget amount is exceeded, email notification can be defined to notify the corresponding parties.
  • Online data retrieval – Master lists, such as suppliers, account codes and analysis codes, can be retrieved simultaneously from FlexAccount to simplify the e-form filling process and reduce the error rate in data entry.
